Go EAST on PRESIDENTIAL BLVD. PRESIDENTIAL BLVD becomes CARDINAL LOOP.
Turn LEFT onto TX-71 Et/BASTROP HWY.
Merge onto TX-71 West. Go approximately 9 miles.
Take the CAPITAL OF TX HWY/TX-360-LOOP exit (right exit). Travel for approximately ½ mile.
Turn RIGHT at first stop light (Bottom of hill. If you hit Mopac/Loop 1, you've gone too far.).
