Sales
District Manager
The Zilliant Sales organization is growing and searching for District Managers to join the team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: demonstrating a strong knowledge of our market space, value propositions, products and services, as well as competitive intelligence, partnering with VP of Sales on creating a targeted account list, developing strategy on such accounts, as well as leveraging necessary internal and external resources during sales cycle to successfully close business and drive revenue for Zilliant. Additionally, the District Manager is responsible for meeting and exceeding assigned annual sales quotas.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors Degree with 10+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience is required
- Experience in business intelligence, analytic application sales and/or pricing application sales via a SaaS model is preferred
- Enterprise Software sales experience in a startup environment is strongly preferred
- Candidate must have strong communication skills and must be team oriented
- Experience with Solution Selling techniques a plus

Inside Sales Manager
Areas of activity include (but are not limited to):
- Direct management of Inside Sales team (2 ISRs and 2 new Lead Gen Associates)
- Establishing telephone call, email, and success metrics
- Coach ISRs on telephone selling approach over phone and email and letter correspondence
- Define integration with marketing programs and closed loop processes to ensure follow up and disposition of leads
- Manage Inside Sales execution of multiple drip communication campaigns with ISRs
- Manage and execute follow up to specific programs to promote solution campaigns e.g. targeted sales intelligence offers
- Hire 2 lead generation associates
- Develop scripts for leader generation associates to execute on educational campaigns, selling Zilliant events
- Sales pipeline and activity analysis reporting in Salesforce.com
- Accountable for ensuring data quality in sfdc
- Establish prospecting productivity and effectiveness measures and metrics
- Assist with Account and opportunity planning
- An extra hand at end of quarter to help with any outstanding internal logistics issues while our teams are customer facing.
- Diverse ad-hoc projects that require analytical and strategic thinking as well as attention to detail.
- Owning logistics around our weekly team content calls and any planning around our internal sales reviews and meetings
