Project Manager
Description:
The Project manager is the key role on the Zilliant implementation team providing focus, organization and the drive to deliver timely, high quality results. The Project manager has overall responsibility for the successful completion of Zilliant implementation projects. This may involve oversight and/or coordination of teams comprised of Zilliant, Alliance partners, and client personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Identifies required resources and assembles and guides project.
- Creates and maintains the project plan and manages the preparation of project deliverables per the milestones in the plan.
- Manages project risks in accordance with established Zilliant Project Management methodology.
- Provides leadership for the development and maintenance of a high performance project team.
- Provides billable project management oversight to the customer's project. Delivers the project within the financial parameters set forth in the Statement of Work.
- Communicates frequently with team members, third-party consultants, client staff and management regarding project status. Identifies and resolves project issues promptly.
- Manages customer relationships.

Experience:
- Typically requires 5-7 or more years of enterprise application software implementation experience.
- Prior experience as part of a management team (lead role with plan, resource and issue/change responsibilities) that successfully managed a full life cycle implementation.
- Experience in supporting business development opportunities through proposal creation, review and presentation.
- Knowledge of business functions and expertise in business analysis techniques. Specific knowledge of pricing practices a plus.
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree in a related field and/or Master Certificate in Project Management preferred.
- Specific experience implementing ERP, SCM, CRM or Price Execution Systems a plus.
- Experience with analytics, business intelligence, OLAP, data warehousing, operations research, and statistical modeling/optimization techniques a plus.
Other:
- High integrity, high energy and strong work ethic.
- Willing to travel an average of 2 to 3 days per week.
