GE TIP/ModSpace Selects Zilliant's Price Optimization Solution

GE unit upgrades to full perpetual license after successful completion of Zilliant's "Proof of Value" Pilot Program

Austin, TX - May 26, 2003 - Zilliant, the leader in strategic profit and revenue optimization (PRO) software, today announced that GE TIP/ModSpace, a unit of the General Electric Company, has chosen to convert its pilot license into a full perpetual license purchase. GE TIP is a global leader in over-the road trailer solutions and GE Modular Space is a premier player in the modular construction industry.

GE TIP/ModSpace will be using Zilliant's enterprise software for profit and revenue optimization. Zilliant's software will give division leaders specific data on when, where and how pricing can be leveraged to drive profitability and achieve business goals.
