Zilliant has developed a set of standard training classes founded on our extensive experience and pricing best practices to provide our clients with the skills and competencies needed to be successful in pricing.
Standard Training Audience Overview
We recognize that customers have both business and technical users, and that each are responsible for different tasks and activities throughout the deployment. As a result, Zilliant's standard courses are designed and developed for the individual needs of the different audiences who interact with our tools.

Standard Training Modules Overview
We also understand that training needs to be adaptive in order to bridge the gap between the client's pricing goals and the Zilliant tools. For this reason we have designed our standard training modules to be delivered as is or in a customized format. These modules have been developed to cover ZPPS and other relevant topics including pricing best practices and technical integration. Most training offerings are instructor-led, and are conducted either in person, over the web or onsite at the client location.
Train the Trainer Program
If your company has a large end-user community to train, then the Zilliant Train-the-Trainer (T3) Program may be the answer for you. It provides an economical means of training end users who need consistent, quality training on ZPPS applications in order to support their job functions. Zilliant will deliver a T3 course aligned with the Zilliant training blueprint, utilizing training course materials and extensive role-play and practice delivery.
