We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer to be a leader of the user-centered design process across Zilliant’s product suite, which includes understanding our customers’ business requirements, conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct user research in the Zilliant customer base
  • Document user personas, pain points and requirements
  • Translate requirements and concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, and mockups optimized for desktop, tablet, mobile devices.
  • Make design and user-experience decisions related to existing, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management and Engineering teams.

Key Requirements:

  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD) which includes planning and conducting user research activities, ideation and prototyping, designing, and testing in an iterative, agile process.
  • Expertise in a variety of methodologies; user interviews, workshops, rapid & advanced prototyping, and user testing.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Axure, UXPin, InVision or equivalent is a must.
  • 5+ years of UX Design experience.
  • Basic knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning Design System and Business Intelligence Tools like Tableau are a plus.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing solutions for B2B or enterprise environments.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Ability to clearly and effectively advocate for users and communicate design ideas and solutions to cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
  • Strong advocacy skills, ability to give and receive feedback in order to make intelligent product decisions.
  • Willingness to mentor other team members
  • Experience working with technical teams to actualize designs in the product
