List of Subprocessors

Zilliant Incorporated (“Zilliant”) engages subprocessors to assist in providing Services to its customers. This document provides information related to the subprocessors. This document does not create any additional obligations or grant any rights not contained in your commercial agreements with Zilliant. Capitalized terms used in this document have the meanings given them in the applicable Data Processing Addendum, Data Processing Agreement or Master Software Subscription and Services Agreement or similar agreement between Zilliant and you, its customer.

The following entities are affiliates of Zilliant. Zilliant may utilize them as subprocessors to provide the Services. As a result, customers that use the Services may have their Personal Data processed by:

Subprocessor Notifications

Customers may subscribe to notifications of new subprocessors by sending customer name, contact name and e-mail address to privacy@zilliant.com with the subject line “Subprocessor Notice Registration” and providing the email address to which you request we provide notices of new subprocessors.
