The Engagement Manager drives Zilliant’s SaaS deployment teams to produce award-winning results for our customers using cutting-edge data science and machine learning techniques. This high skill position spans project management and management consulting skill sets as well as pricing, sales enablement, enterprise application and data science knowledge domains. It is intellectually challenging work with highly quantifiable, real-world results.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead the Zilliant project teams to implement a suite of pricing and sales enablement solutions.
  • Communicate with all levels of customer organization, including regular meetings with C-Level executives. Clearly convey complex concepts to all levels of multibillion-dollar organizations.
  • Guide customer through configuration decisions and the use of data science techniques to enhance pricing and sales enablement functions. Advise on change management best practices.
  • Work with team members to prepare and present analysis to support configuration decision making as well as benefit measurement.
  • Travel is a component of this role. It averages 4 to 5 days per month, significantly lower than most client-facing consulting roles.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing and/or implementing enterprise SaaS applications (CPQ, CRM, PROS, Vendavo, SalesForce CPQ, SteelBrick, Apptus)
  • 2-3 years in a premier consulting firm or 5+ years of software implementation and/or business performance management experience (e.g. Blue Wolf, IBM, Deloitte, PWC, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high level of business acumen
  • Working knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire, MS Excel Power BI/Pivot Tables, etc.) and experience working with relational databases (e.g. SQL, MS Access)
  • Excellent interpersonal/customer relations skills; clear and concise communicator

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Force.com implementation experience strongly preferred.
  • MA or MBA preferred
  • Experience and training in the use of Tableau
  • PMP and / or Certified Pricing Professional certificate
  • Good working knowledge of pricing principles and sales practices in B2B selling environments
  • Prefer in Austin or Relocate to Austin, but open to remote location.
  • Not required but nice to have French, German and Spanish competency
