Zilliant is looking for a resilient, self-motivated and passionate corporate recruiter to first and foremost help identify and source talent for roles ranging from technical to functional skillsets. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, Zilliant is looking for someone who is passionate about the employee experience and has in interest in helping to build processes to ensure new and existing employees are engaged, motivated and have a clear path for success in their roles. This person will work with internal managers, HR, as well as the onboarding team to help build and execute a seamless talent acquisition experience. The recruiter will report directly to the CFO and work closely with HR and each department head to identify and execute on staffing needs..

Key Requirements:

  • Partner closely with department leadership to understand and stay abreast on overall hiring forecasts and initiatives, developing sourcing strategies to meet company hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with team managers on individual team hiring needs. This includes sharing industry expertise around market analysis and analyzing/updating job requirements to attract the best talent for role.
  • Prepare and post attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulating them via other channels, such as email or social media.
  • Autonomy to analyze existing talent acquisition procedures and developing new, more efficient and creative methods of finding great candidates.
  • Manage time accordingly to prioritize sourcing, scheduling and conducting interviews with potential hires across Zilliant departments via email, phone and video.
  • Self-motivated to fill roles in a timely fashion and manage communication with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Partner with department heads and HR to drive offer process – including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
  • Partner with the internal onboarding team to facilitate 30, 60 and 90 day new-hire meetings with recent hires, ensuring each hire is set up for success.
  • Maintain working relationships with third party recruiting firms to leverage partnerships as needed.

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ years in recruiting/staffing ideally in an internal corporate recruiting/TA function

  • Knowledge and experience with a variety of recruiting tools, including talent management software, data management/reporting and a variety of job boards such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
  • Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership, stakeholders and business partners
  • Passion for ensuring a quality candidate experience through the entire recruiting life cycle
  • Experience recruiting on both technical and functional skillsets
  • Passion for building diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams
  • Any experience with employee engagement best practices is a plus.
