The primary role of the Engagement Manager is to effectively lead the implementation of Zilliant’s price and sales optimization solutions. The EM must be comfortable leading the internal and Customer teams towards a high-quality project, while remaining on time and within budget. The role will require the incumbent to:

    • Understand business requirements and translate that into concrete design decision for the team to implement
    • Validate design decisions and model results

    • Coach and lead Zilliant’s customers on pricing and sales best practices

    • Manage the overall project, making sure the internal, offshore, and customer teams are meeting timeline and project expectations

    • Train users on product application within context of new and existing pricing processes

    • Prepare and present workshops, demonstrations, and deliverables

Key Requirements

  • 5-7 or more years of Consulting or software implementation experience (Enterprise or SaaS applications)

  • Prior experience leading agile project implementation teams with resource/financial/client delivery responsibility

  • Experience building data driven models

  • Experience analyzing data with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools

  • Experience in coding and data manipulation in SQL, Python, or R

  • Excellent time management skills. Organize time effectively and determine the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignments

  • M.A./M.S. degree or equivalent work experience

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Academic or industry exposure to B2B or B2C pricing and revenue optimization

  • Experience in deploying large scale enterprise software that employs operations research, statistics, or data science methods and algorithms

  • Industry experience in distribution, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, or financial services is desirable

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus


  • High professionalism, self starter and strong work ethic

  • Willing to travel an average of 4 to 5 days per month

  • Ability to speak French, German or Spanish a plus but not a requirement
