Zilliant is looking for a high-performing, experienced global marketing professional to join the team. This position will be located in France, the UK, or Germany, and report into the Director of Global Events (US based.) In this role, you will be a key contributor in several aspects of marketing activity – from brand champion, demand generation, content creation, customer advocacy, and event execution. You will have the opportunity to participate in strategic marketing planning, messaging and creative, sales enablement, and customer advocacy activities. You’ll collaborate with the rest of the organization to develop innovative reputation and demand programs that efficiently maximize our reach and communicate value to the market.


The Zilliant marketing team consists of highly motivated individuals that own the success of their role, help wherever necessary, and focus on contributing towards company growth objectives. Everyone on the team owns and contributes in key defined areas.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team on event messaging, promotion, and outreach
  • Assist in translating Zilliant marketing content and localizing campaigns for European markets (press releases, promotions, web copy)
  • Aide in customer community and advocacy marketing including customer referral efforts
  • With guidance from the Director of Global Events, help plan and execute the event marketing program including conferences, trade shows, live events, and virtual events
  • Attend European events to facilitate onsite presence
  • Brainstorm fresh marketing ideas with senior management
  • Develop and execute country specific demand generation campaigns
  • Regularly report on marketing activity and performance to the Director of Global Events

  • Exceptional project management skills and ability to drive projects to successful completion on-time and on-budget

  • Acute attention to detail without requiring detailed supervision

  • Passionately interested in serving and understanding the customer

  • Ability to develop impactful business relationships with sales teams and customers

  • Solution-oriented, can-do attitude
  • Keen customer service skills
  • Excellent language/communications skills, both written and spoken. Role needs to be proficient in both English, and French or German
  • Flexibility to travel as required (40%)
  • Based in the UK, France or Germany

Previous Experience and Knowledge:

  • 3-5+ years of marketing and event experience

  • Ability to write effective event marketing copy
