Job Details:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for establishing, leading, and executing product marketing and the go-to-market programs, collaborating, and working with Product Management, Marketing and Sales teams.


The Product Marketing Manager role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Product Positioning – Define the messaging for products while socializing across stakeholders, programs, and campaigns.
  • Product Launches – Manage new product and feature launches, driving demand and ensuring communication of value proposition to all stakeholders.
  • Sales Enablement – Prepare the global sales and customer success teams with competitive messaging, content, and ongoing training to drive pipeline and revenue opportunities.
  • Demand Generation – Drive innovative outbound marketing initiatives to increase awareness and accelerate pipeline opportunities leading to revenue for Zilliant solutions.
  • Competitive Intelligence – Deliver competitive insights utilizing research, sales feedback, win/loss analysis and industry analyst information to maintain a current understanding of competitive and market indicators for sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Content Creation – Be the subject matter expert (SME) on key products creating external-facing marketing assets such as presentations, briefs, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies aligned with campaigns, sales needs, and competitive threats.


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing or related discipline

  • Proven track record of executing successful product launches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to sell ideas well through creative and innovative content.
  • 3-5 years of product marketing or product management, preferably in a related industry or in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong communication skills
  • Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates, prospects, and customers.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will hold a key role as part of the Zilliant product marketing team focused on defining messaging, driving sales enablement, driving campaigns, and collaborating cross teams to promote and amplify Zilliant’s value proposition. You will be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that is highly focused on delivering impact for our prospects and customers across the globe.



Where is this role located?

This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable. Additionally, this position could be in our Austin, Texas headquarters.
