To execute on the company vision, Zilliant continues to grow strategic alliances focused on driving worldwide channel growth. This role works hand in hand with the VP of Sales in EMEA and Global VP of Alliances.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies within our software and consulting partner channels to generate and maximize partner-sourced leads and revenue. The candidate will represent the company in all activities associated with reseller/channel support. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Key Requirements

The candidate will have 5+ years selling experience with a large consulting firm or a software company in channel sales.  She/he will be highly motivated and desire to have real impact across the organization. The successful candidate will be a multi-dimensional and strategic thinker who operates not only on past experiences, but in new approaches and trends that occur in the market.


Additional Qualifications Include:

  • Strong software industry experience with understanding of market segments, preferably in SaaS, CRM, CPQ, eCommerce, ERP and the B2B industry space – experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.

  • Proven negotiation skills, strong leadership skills, and ability to drive success.

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex financial information and concepts to C-level executives and Board members.

  • Creative leadership and an entrepreneurial spirit are critical success factors.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA a plus.
  • Ideal candidate will speak English and German (French is a plus) with experience growing channels across Europe with a strong focus in the DACH geography.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Identify, recruit, and develop a world-class network of technology and consulting partners.

  • Establish a Partner Revenue business plan to attain expected revenues.

  • Drive / manage channel pipeline creation and progression.

  • Manage direct relationships within the sales organization to drive partner involvement.
  • Manage overall channel & executive relationships.
  • Coordinate with:
    • Marketing to develop partner training materials, demo scripts, sales, and strategic deal framework
    • Product engineering & management for product positioning.
    • Professional Services for resource and project Planning
  • Outline and implement partnership expectations, roles, responsibilities, and rules of engagement
  • Drive industry verticalization through strategic partners
