John O’Connor Brings Wealth of SaaS Price Optimization Knowledge to Zilliant.


Austin, TX – March 13, 2013 – Zilliant, an optimization company that helps businesses make smarter pricing and sales decisions, today announced that the company hired John O’Connor as senior vice president of professional services to run its professional services and customer success organizations.

Previously, O’Connor was a vice president at IBM DemandTec where he managed delivery of all retail consulting services globally, including responsibilities for customer satisfaction, renewals and growing sales at many of the world’s largest retailers. Prior to IBM DemandTec, O’Connor was a manager of consulting services at Ariba.
