Price optimization has found its way onto the CxO’s agenda.

 

Austin, TX – December 4, 2013 – Zilliant, an optimization company that helps businesses make better pricing and sales decisions, announced today that it received a “Strong Positive” – the highest possible rating – in the Gartner MarketScope for Price Optimization and Management Software for B2B: 2013. According to the November 25, 2013 Gartner report, a vendor with the Strong Positive rating is viewed as a provider of strategic products, services or solutions; the report advises that customers continue with planned investments and potential customers consider this vendor a strong choice for strategic investments.

 

According to the Gartner report, “A successful price optimization and management (PO&M) implementation can increase margins by 50 basis points or more, and increase revenue by 2 percent to 4 percent. Based on this success, price optimization has shown steady growth during the past two to three years and has found its way onto the CxO’s agenda, aligning closely with executive priorities of revenue generation, customer acquisition and profit/margin improvement.”
