As part of that Zilliant complies with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Frameworks as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. Zilliant has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. The Privacy Principles
Notice of Use and Access:
Zilliant may collect personally identifiable information such as name, telephone number and e-mail address, if provided voluntarily by you. Personal information may be requested if you, use our website to request information about our services or if you use any of our SaaS solutions.
Zilliant may use the information that you voluntarily provide to initiate contact or otherwise conduct business with the person providing the information.
Zilliant acknowledges that EU and Swiss individuals have the right to access the personal information that we maintain about them. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct his or her query to PrivacyShield@Zilliant.com. Zilliant will respond within a reasonable timeframe to any requested changes.
Zilliant may use your internet browser’s cookies to store information such as the Internet address of your computer or network, the date, time, and page you visited on our site, your browser and operating system, and the referring page. Cookies store this type of information within your browser. Zilliant uses cookies for customizing your experience on the website, Zilliant does not use cookies or other electronic files to store your personal information. You may choose to configure your browser to accept or reject all cookies, to receive a notification when a cookie is set or to enable the “private browsing” feature on any computer used to access the Zilliant websites.
All mass publications distributed by Zilliant will include “opt out” provisions. The “opt out” provisions clearly state how to unsubscribe from any future mailings, e-mailings or other communications from Zilliant. Individuals also may contact Zilliant via email at PrivacyShield@Zilliant.com to request removal from any distributions, and to request deletion of any personal information stored by Zilliant.
Accountability for Onward Transfers:
Zilliant will take all reasonable and prudent measures to safeguard any personally identifiable information shared with us against unauthorized disclosure. Zilliant does not sell personal information, including email addresses, to any third parties. Zilliant will only utilize the information provided to us in the manner described in the Notice section of this policy. If this practice should change in the future Zilliant will amend this privacy policy and provide individuals with opt-out choice prior to the sharing of their data. Zilliant also may be required to disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by authorities, or to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. Zilliant may be liable for onward transfer to third parties of EU and Swiss data received under the Privacy Shield Framework in the event that such transfer occurs without consent of the data’s rightful owner.
Zilliant maintains an information security program to protect all data in its possession, including personal identifiable information, from loss, misuse and unauthorized disclosure. Protective measures include, but are not limited to, policies, procedures, and manual and automated controls.
Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation:
Zilliant will only utilize the information provided to us in the manner pursuant to the Notice of Use and Access section of this policy.
Enforcement and Liability:
Enforcement of Privacy Shield Principles will be managed by the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”). By certifying its compliance with the Privacy Shield Principles and Framework, Zilliant is subject to the investigatory and enforcement authority of the FTC.
Resolution of Complaints, EU Individuals:
In compliance with the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles, Zilliant commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. European Union and Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding this privacy policy should first contact Zilliant’s Privacy Officer:

Zilliant has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Principles to the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit www.bbb.org/EU-privacy-shield/for-eu-consumers/ for more information and to file a complaint.
Finally, as a last resort and under limited circumstances, EU and Swiss individuals with unresolved complaints may invoke binding arbitration before a Privacy Shield Panel.
